The newly-reconstituted Illinois Lottery Control Board (LCB) held its first meeting recently, and unanimously elected former Chicago Bear Gary Fencik as it chairman. The 5-member board was appointed by Governor Pat Quinn, and held its first meeting Oct 10 in Chicago.
