SOUTHWEST ASIA–(ENEWSPF)—January 27, 2017. On Jan. 26, Coalition military forces conducted 23 strikes consisting of 42 engagements against ISIL terrorists in Syria and Iraq. In Syria, Coalition military forces conducted 12 strikes consisting of 18 engagements using attack, fighter, and remotely piloted aircraft as well as against ISIL targets.
