Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The odds favor all Independence Day festivities happening Monday, including the 4th of July parade, a free concert on the Village Green, and fireworks. That said, there’s a 70% chance of fireworks Monday night and a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms.
