We have received inquiries from candidates seeking elected office in other communities about participating in eNews Park Forest’s election activities. In order to provide as extensive coverage of the April elections as possible, if you are a declared candidate for elected office and would like to complete the 2009 Election Questionnaire, please email me and I will forward a copy of the Questionnaire for completion. All completed Questionnaires must be returned no later than Friday, April 3rd and will be published verbatim in eNews Park Forest within 48 hours of receipt. Readers will be able to locate these completed Questionnaires by clicking on the “Township Elections” icon in the “Latest News” section of eNews.
If any candidate would like to submit a brief statement indicating which office you are seeking and election platform, it should be e-mailed to me by the April 3rd deadline. These submissions will be published in the “Letters to the Editor” section of eNews. Any material provided is subject to the publishing policies of eNews.
