Attorney General Lisa Madigan and the attorneys general of 31 states and the District of Columbia announced a settlement with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and its subsidiary, Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, Nationwide) over an October 2012 data breach.
