States, Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York City Recover $4 Million in False Claims Case
Chicago —(ENEWSPF)—October 21, 2015. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today announced Illinois will recover funds from a $4 million nationwide settlement with United Parcel Service (UPS), the world’s largest package delivery company, stemming from a complaint filed by a whistleblower in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia alleging that UPS violated state false claims acts.
