Chicago–(ENEWSPF)–March 29, 2011. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today joined the U.S. Department of Justice, Wisconsin and Michigan in filing a proposed consent decree requiring Dean Foods to sell its milk processing plant in Waukesha, Wis.
