Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–March 25, 2013. Today, Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth announced that she was introducing the Small Business Paperwork Relief Act of 2013. The legislation will waive fines for most first time paper work infractions. A companion bill was introduced in the Senate by Senator David Vitter (R-LA).
