You never know how many people you’re going to reach with a simple blog entry, but I saw something else the other day that really caught my attention. I was heading north to Rt. 30 and saw a Cadillac sitting at a 45 degree angle, the two right tires far down in the newly-dug ditch.
There did not appear to be any injuries, and the car already had its hazzard lights on. When I returned about an hour or so later the car was gone.
But I would hate to have to deal with what the hard edge of the road did to the underside of that car. Maybe the owner got lucky and ended up with only a few scrapes underneath the car.
That’s not something I’d like to see repeated.
