SPRINGFIELD–(ENEWSPF)–August 15, 2011. The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) today joined with the Illinois Secretary of State, Illinois State Police (ISP) and corporate sponsors to kick off the fifth year of the successful Operation Teen Safe Driving (OTSD) program. Illinois continues to lead the nation in this peer-led safe driving initiative implemented by IDOT’s Division of Traffic Safety.
