Law Establishes Fund to Provide Services for Victims of Human Trafficking
CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–August 21, 2014. Governor Pat Quinn today signed legislation to establish a fund that will help provide specialized services to victims of human trafficking and prostitution.
