CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–June 28, 2011. Governor Pat Quinn was joined yesterday by law enforcement officers, public safety officials and a bipartisan group of lawmakers to sign two traffic safety measures as families throughout the state prepare for the July 4th holiday weekend.
