THE PRESIDENT:  Well, we are here with a bunch of folks who took the time to come to Washington, D.C. and tell me face-to-face stories that they have told me in letters that they’ve written over the course of the last year.  Everybody here has directly benefitted from the Affordable Care Act, and it’s a pretty good representative sample of people whose lives have been impacted…
