WASHINGTON–(ENEWSPF)–Sept. 24, 2015 – Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and seven of their colleagues introduced legislation today to repeal a tax on certain health plans. Sanders opposed the provision when it was included in the Affordable Care Act, which was passed in 2010.
