Alsip, IL–(ENEWSPF)–April 14, 2014. Firehouse chefs from across the Chicago land area will be the stars of the Sertoma Centre’s BIG Event as they fiercely compete for the title of Best Firehouse Chef in the categories of ribs, poultry, chili, ethnic dishes, and the people’s choice award. Sharing the spotlight this year, several members of Sertoma United, Sertoma Centre’s Self-Advocacy group requested to participate in the cook-off competition.
