Change Clocks, Change Batteries; Dead Batteries Can Lead to Deaths

WASHINGTON, D. C.–(ENEWSPF)–November 1, 2011.  The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is reminding consumers when changing clocks this weekend to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms, too. Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 6 this year.
