Documentary Film ‘Thirsty for Justice’ to be Screened at UUCC on May 22

Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—May 16, 2015. The Unitarian Universalist Community Church (UUCC), 70 Sycamore Drive, Park Forest, will screen the documentary film ‘Thirsty for Justice’ on Friday, May 22 at 7 p.m. A discussion will follow the film.

‘Thirsty for Justice’ depicts the struggle for the human right to water. The film shares powerful stories of individuals who lack access to safe, affordable water right here in the United States. The film was produced by the Unitarian Universalist Ministry of California.  A trailer of the film is available here: www.ejcw.org/thirsty

The event is free and open to the public. Coffee, tea and popcorn will be provided. Optional donations will be appreciated.
