Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Quality Classic Health and Fitness Center, the DownTown gym in Park Forest, has another member who is also a champion.
Brian Hedinger placed 5th out of 9 men in his division, the only first-time competitor in his weight class (177 lbs to 198 lbs). The competition was a National Amateur BodyBuilders Association (NABBA) show held at Bolingbrook High School on June 11, 2011.
The classes for the competition included the following: Men’s Open (5 weight classes), Women’s Open (2 weight classes), Jr. Master’s Men (ages 35-39), Master’s Men (40-49 and 50+), Teenage Men (ages 13-19), Ms. Figure (3 height classes), and Women’s Bikini (3 height classes).
Brian is a Natural Competitor, meaning no steroids or drugs of any kind are permitted.
