Fashion Trends to Headline 3rd Annual Ladies High Tea

Please Plan to Attend This Special Sertoma Event on Friday, June 1, 2012 — RSVP No Later Than May 23

Alsip, IL—(ENEWSPF)—March 23, 2012.  When the Sertoma Centre and Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center present their 3rd Annual Joint Fundraising “Ladies High Tea” on June 1st at Crystal Tree Country Club (10700 W. 153rd St., Orland Park, IL), guests will be treated to a “Fashion Tips for the Future” presentation by Kimberly Bond, of Kimberly Bond’s Boutique in Orland Park.

The event starts at 11:00 am with an array of unique vendors showing brand new products and services.  This is a one of a kind display of businesses that cater to women and an opportunity to try out the latest in jewelry, cosmetics, cookware, spa treatments and more. In addition to this, each lady will receive a complimentary photo of herself in her summer finery – hats are encouraged.

At noon, the first of three High Tea courses will be served as the fashion show begins and entertainment by harpist Amy Lee accompanies the models from Kim’s Boutique. “I am always delighted to show the guests the latest in day and evening wear,” said Ms. Bond. “This year I will also be talking about what to expect as fashion trends and the “do and do not” in styles for the coming season.”

Invitations will be mailed in early April or are available by request by going to either Sertoma organization’s web site. Cost is $40 for the event and RSVPs must be received no later than May 23rd. Last year the event audience doubled in size and is expected to increase again this year. No walk in guests will be possible due to the size of the room and need to order adequate refreshments.

There are a few limited sponsorship opportunities available. For more information regarding sponsorship, please contact Melanie Jones, the fundraising consultant for the Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center at 708-305-3680 or [email protected].

For more information on the High Tea; to request an invitation or to make your reservation early and insure a table at the event, call Amy Chmura at Sertoma Centre, 708-730-7206 or [email protected]. Profits from this event go towards funding programs at Sertoma Centre and support for sliding scale fee patients at the Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center.
