Former Governor Pat Quinn will commemorate Patriot Day – and the 16th anniversary of 9/11 – by opening the “Portrait of a Soldier” exhibit at the Columbia College Chicago Library Reading Room 301 at 12:30 p.m. The Library is located at 624 S.
