SPRINGFIELD–(ENEWSPF)–October 6, 2010. Illinois Department on Aging Director Charles D. Johnson today presented the 2010 Senior Hall of Fame and Governor’s Unique Achievement Awards on behalf of Governor Pat Quinn during a ceremony held at the Executive Mansion.
