Join Indivisible West Suburban Action League for a women’s forum on progressive leadership in today’s political environment.
Hear from a dynamic lineup of local candidates and current officeholders who champion issues important to the community in a panel discussion entitled, “Emerging Voices in Leadership: A Women’s Forum.”
This special event will be held Tuesday, January 30, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Riverside Township Auditorium, 27 Riverside Road, in Riverside, Illinois.
“It’s clear now more than ever that women must not only speak up and speak out, but help each other succeed,” said Jennifer Fournier, Indivisible West Suburban Action League co-founder. “We are excited to present this unique opportunity to hear from women embarking on a path toward political or judicial leadership and learn from those who have already achieved success.”
Panelists will include:
Elyse Hoffenberg: Board Member, La Grange School District 105, Former Candidate for Illinois House, 82nd District
Marie Newman: U.S. Congressional Candidate-3rd District
Elizabeth Peters: Riverside Village Board Trustee
Jeanine Reardon: 3rd Ward Alderman, City of Berwyn
Kathryn Maloney Vahey: Candidate for Cook County Judge
