Washington D.C.–(ENEWSPF)– The Human Rights Campaign – the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization – commented on today’s decision by Judge Vaughn Walker to lift the stay on his ruling in Perry v. Schwarzenegger as of August 18, allowing California to once again issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
