Chicago, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Some participants at the 2010 Bud Billiken parade in Chicago. The video includes marching bands, floats, the parade grand marshalls Valerie Jarrett and Mickey & Minnie Mouse, statewide and local candidates for office, and other entries designed to entertain, challenge or reward people.
