Tinley Park, IL—(ENEWSPF)—January 20, 2011. Together We Cope will hold its Annual Dinner Dance & Silent Auction on Friday, February 25 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Odyssey Country Club, 19110 Ridgeland Avenue, Tinley Park.
Guests can walk the red-carpet “Academy Awards” style, dance to the varied contemporary sounds of Connexion, sample culinary delights and out-bid their friends on one of the 100+ auction items, including airline tickets and vacation condo stays. Master of Ceremonies for this year’s event is local comedian Brian Hicks who has been performing and writing stand-up comedy at The Improv, Zanies, Riddles, Barrel of Laughs, Funny Bone, Penguins, Dr. Grins, Wiley’s and other comedy clubs throughout the country.
Tickets are now on sale and are priced at $75 per ticket, or $700 for a table of ten. Together We Cope, 17010 South Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, is a nonprofit agency that bridges the gap for Southland residents in temporary crisis by providing food, shelter, clothing and referrals, empowering them to return to self-sufficiency.
