New York –(ENEWSPF)—August 6, 2014. Utah’s attorney general today filed an appeal asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the marriage case Kitchen v. Herbert. This is the first time a case about marriage for same-sex couples has been appealed to the Supreme Court since last year’s landmark ruling.
