CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–June 20, 2011. With the nation facing a critical shortfall in infrastructure funding, Senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) today announced legislation to mobilize $100 billion in private investment to build new roads, airports, and railroads.
