Cook County, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Cook County Commissioner Joan Patricia Murphy announces clinics providing low cost rabies vaccines and microchips for dogs, cats and ferrets. The clinic is for Cook County Residents only and will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning March 23 continuing through November 9, from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at various locations throughout the County.
