CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–June 16, 2016. Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago Blackhawks Chairman Rocky Wirtz yesterday broke ground on the organization’s new 125,000 square-foot Community Training Center on the Near West Side.
