CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–May 15, 2015.  Mayor Emanuel today named Carole L. Brown as the City of Chicago’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brown is replacing outgoing CFO Lois Scott who is leaving the post next week.
