Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Police Chief Thomas Fleming signed a complaint on behalf of a victim of domestic battery Monday.
Chief Thomas Fleming, standing outside the police station, observed and attempted to stop a male subject, later identified as Kevin C. Herbin, allegedly battering a female subject in the vicinity of Forest Boulevard and Court F-2. Officers arrived on the scene and took Herbin into custody.
