Chicago—(ENEWSPF)—October 2, 2014. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today announced a Chicago man was sentenced to nine years in prison and ordered to pay $319,000 in restitution for his role in a scheme to defraud the U.S. Department of Education and the College of DuPage of financial aid.
