Today, Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth (IL-08) announced $239,538 in federal funding for Elgin Community College under the U.S. Department of Education’s Talent Search Program. The Talent Search Program helps provide assistance for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds to enable them to graduate from high school and continue their individual growth through postsecondary education.
