Sponsored by the University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, the Gerald Fogelson Forum on Real Estate brings together Chicago business, real estate and public-policy leaders each fall and spring to discuss issues impacting the region’s economy and local business.

“While we are seeing an uptick in commercial real estate activity of all types, the economic recovery remains subject to a number of international trends and events that Mr. Laurenti understands and will be able to highlight for us,” said Jon DeVries, director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate and the moderator of the upcoming Fogelson  Forum.

Cost for the fall forum is $25. Commercial real estate brokers, lenders, property managers, tax attorneys, developers, community leaders and public officials interested in economic trends and prospects are encouraged to attend.
