CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–February 18, 2011. Governor Pat Quinn today broke ground on the Instituto Health Sciences Career Academy, Chicago’s first charter high school dedicated to preparing students for health science careers. The project will create 160 jobs and is supported by $12 million through the Illinois Jobs Now! capital construction program.
