Governors State to Host Master of Social Work Information Sessions


University Park, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Governors State University’s Social Work Department will host an information session for individuals interested in learning more about the Master of Social Work (MSW) degree program on Saturday, November 14, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the university’s Hall of Honors. The MSW program director will be available to meet with students who are interested in the program.

The primary goal of Governors State University’s MSW degree program is to prepare highly qualified, competent, advanced social work professionals to engage in social work practice grounded in a social justice ethic. The MSW degree program is offered through the university’s College of Health and Human Services.
