University Park, Illinois—(ENEWSPF)–August 22, 2013 – In celebration of National Recovery Month, the Governors State University Addictions Studies Alumni Club will sponsor their second annual Walk for Recovery on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Governors State University.
The Walk for Recovery is designed to honor individuals in recovery or who are seeking recovery. The event also celebrates the treatment and support service providers who are committed to helping them, and to increasing awareness surrounding addiction issues.
