Chicago, IL –(ENEWSPF)—March 5, 2014. More than 120 Illinois high school students will test their knowledge of personal finance and compete for scholarship prizes at the third annual Financial Literacy Bowl, hosted by the Illinois College Advising Corps (ICAC).
