Chicago Heights, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Marian Catholic Theatre Department is preparing for their upcoming performances of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”. The musical comedy is scheduled for Friday, October 18, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 19, at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, October 20, at 2:00 p.m.; in the Monsignor Croarkin Auditorium at Marian Catholic High School.

The show centers on a fictional spelling bee set in a geographically ambiguous Putnam Valley Middle School. Quirky adolescents compete in the Bee while equally-quirky grown-ups run the contest, resulting in hysterical and over-the-top “Bee”havior.
