Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago Public Library (CPL) Commissioner Brian Bannon announced today that the “Internet to Go” hotspot lending pilot program will begin in three CPL locations in next month: Brighton Park, Greater Grand Crossing, and Douglass branches.
