Washington, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–March 11, 2010. In schools across the country, there are teachers who should not be teaching. This finding comes from a new report from the Center for American Progress titled “Removing Chronically Ineffective Teachers: Barriers and Opportunities” by Robin Chait.
