Dr. Richard Doss, a licensed clinical psychologist with the Department of Veterans Affairs Chicago Heights Veterans Center and former Department of Defense Suicide Prevention program manager for the United States Army Reserve, spoke to the Prairie State College (PSC) graduating veterans and their guests as the keynote speaker during the recent stole ceremony honoring their accomplishments.
