Prairie State College (PSC) is hosting the 2015 Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference Jazz Festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, November 14, in the Barnes & Noble College Auditorium, located on the college’s main campus at 202 S.
