Chicago Heights, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Shannan Mitchell and Tia Morgan turned in twin 15-point efforts on Friday, as host Marian Catholic rolled to a 59-32 ESCC decision over Joliet Catholic Academy for its third straight victory.
Marian (17-3, 2-0) also got 10 points from Kaylen Evans, while Alyshea Smith added eight points off the bench.
The Spartans gained a scoring advantage in every period and held a 25-13 command by halftime.
