“The DREAM Fund will give families and students across Chicago and Illinois a better chance to achieve the American Dream and I applaud today’s unveiling of the Illinois Dream Fund Scholarship allowing students to apply for scholarships and encouraging them to continue to pursue their education regardless of their legal status. This fund will help remove the biggest barrier to immigrants pursuing higher education: cost.”
