Chicago Heights, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Prairie State College (PSC) graduates Nandjui-Yannick R. Koutouan of Chicago and Cecilia Reyes of Chicago Heights both were named recipients of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship for 2013.
