WASHINGTON, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–February 1, 2011. Today, the White House opened applications to the 2011 Race to the Top Commencement Challenge. Students from public high schools across the country are invited to demonstrate how their school prepares them for college and a career by going to www.whitehouse.gov/commencement and submitting an application.
