Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) and John Cornyn (R-Texas) were joined today by Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez and Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart to demonstrate how the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act (S. 1738) will change the way the U.S. prosecutes child sex traffickers.
