All Eligible Households Can Apply for Home Heating Assistance
SPRINGFIELD –(ENEWSPF)—November 7, 2014. The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) today announced that all eligible individuals can begin applying for winter heating assistance through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
