State Representative Anthony DeLuca (D-Chicago Heights) announced this week that he will hold a free Women’s Self-Defense Seminar on Wednesday, July 15, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Bloom Township Center located at 425 South Halsted St., in Chicago Heights.
